Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you and there has been no response from you, your order will be canceled, and your money refunded to you.

If you realized that you entered your shipping information incorrectly, please immediately make contact with us. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us as soon as possible upon the next business day. We will do our best to fulfill your request and make the appropriate changes. If we are unsuccessful, we DO NOT take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service OR USPS Priority Mail directly, depending on the shipping method. Kre8tive Treasurez and More does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5 to 21 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day or two to process your order. This is just an estimate, and this DOES NOT include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact the United States Postal Service OR your local USPS Priority Mail directly, depending on the shipping method.  We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations. We do not ship international at this time.

Express Shipping Rate: (7-9days shipping) 4-6days prepare: $25.00

While we may provide estimated delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, please note that such dates are estimates and subject to change. Please understand that certain products may have limited availability or may not be available for immediate delivery. In such cases where your order may be delayed, we will reach out to you via the email address you have provided. If we cannot reach you or if you prefer to cancel your order, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Please note that any delay in shipment shall not make us liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred.

We endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order. We kindly inform you that your order will undergo processing prior to shipment. Typically, payment verification takes 1 to 2 business days, while preparing the order may take 3 to 8 business days, depending on product manufacturing and availability. Subsequently, the shipping process usually requires 5 to 21 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and your order may be shipped sooner.
